Overview
Most of our items are pre-owned, unique, or limited in quantity and are sold as-is. However, we understand that sizing and fit can vary between brands. For that reason, we do accept returns for items that do not fit, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for a Return
Returns are accepted if:
- The item does not fit as expected, or
- The wrong item was sent, or
- The item arrives significantly different from its description or photos.
To request a return, contact support@fabthrifts.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be:
- In the same condition received (unworn, unwashed, unused)
- Free of odors, stains, or alterations
- Returned with any original tags or packaging (if applicable)
Items not meeting these requirements may be declined or refunded at a reduced amount.
Refunds for Fit-Related Returns
Refunds for returns due to fit are issued less original shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds for Other Reasons
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or misrepresented item), the full purchase price and original shipping will be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your card issuer—posting times can vary.
- Contact your bank—processing delays are common.
If you still haven’t received it, email support@fabthrifts.com for assistance.
Sale and Final Items
All clearance, sale, and final-marked items are not eligible for return or refund unless they were sent in error or are misrepresented.
Exchanges
We cannot guarantee exchanges due to the unique nature of our inventory. If you’d like a similar item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit once the return is approved. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the total refund for fit-related returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. Fab Thrifts is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
