Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship through USPS Advantage Ground, which provides reliable delivery and competitive rates for domestic shipments.
Other carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) may occasionally be used at our discretion or upon request if faster delivery is needed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include packaging and handling costs.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USPS Advantage Ground: 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (if selected).
- USPS First Class: 3–7 business days (for lightweight items).
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed once the package is in transit.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be included so you can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
Packaging
We prioritize eco-friendly and sustainable packaging whenever possible. Many items are shipped in recyclable or reused materials to reduce waste while ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fab Thrifts is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order has not yet shipped, email support@fabthrifts.com immediately to request a correction.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Fab Thrifts cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items. If this occurs, please contact your local USPS office or delivery provider directly.
For missing packages not marked as delivered, please reach out to support@fabthrifts.com so we can assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
International Shipping
At this time, Fab Thrifts ships within the United States only. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item due to fit (see our Returns & Refunds Policy), the original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
